Terms of Service
Effective September 2, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement governing access to GenerateGUI’s website, chat, GUI and script generation, Roblox Studio bridge, downloads, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and authority
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you use the Service for a company, group, school, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization. Users under the age of majority must have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.
2. The Service
GenerateGUI provides tools that can create visual GUI assets, Luau scripts, structured project packages, revisions, exports, and Studio-import workflows from user instructions and reference material. Features may be experimental, may change, and may not be available in every location or account tier.
The Studio bridge imports generated source into managed Roblox Studio folders after user action. It does not guarantee that a project is complete, secure, optimized, publishable, or compliant with Roblox requirements.
3. Accounts and access
If an account is required, you must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account, device, API credentials, local server, and Studio bridge unless prohibited by law.
You may not sell, rent, share, or transfer access in a way that defeats account limits, credits, or security controls.
4. User responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- your prompts, uploads, references, instructions, generated projects, and use of results;
- reviewing scripts and assets before importing, executing, distributing, selling, or publishing them;
- testing server authority, RemoteEvents, purchases, data storage, moderation, permissions, and security-sensitive behavior;
- maintaining backups and using Studio version history or Undo before applying changes;
- obtaining rights, licenses, notices, and permissions required for submitted or published content; and
- following Roblox rules, platform policies, laws, and third-party terms that apply to your experience.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- violate applicable law, regulation, court order, contract, or another person’s rights;
- upload or generate content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights;
- create malware, credential theft, destructive code, unauthorized surveillance, exploits, backdoors, or systems intended to compromise users or services;
- harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, exploit, or facilitate abuse of another person;
- circumvent safeguards, quotas, credits, access controls, moderation, or technical restrictions;
- probe, scrape, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or connected systems;
- misrepresent generated material as verified, secure, official, or guaranteed by GenerateGUI; or
- use the Service in a manner that creates unreasonable risk or interferes with others.
6. Your input
As between you and GenerateGUI, you retain rights you hold in prompts, uploads, screenshots, references, and other material you submit (“Input”). You grant GenerateGUI a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, format, and display Input as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the Input and authorize its processing. Do not provide trade secrets, source code, personal information, or confidential material unless you are authorized to do so and accept the risks of processing it through an online generation service.
7. Generated output
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use output generated for you. Because generated content may not be unique, other users may receive identical or similar results. GenerateGUI does not guarantee that output is original, accurate, complete, non-infringing, production-ready, or eligible for copyright, trademark, patent, or other protection.
You must independently review output before relying on it. Generated scripts may contain defects, insecure logic, performance problems, incompatible APIs, incorrect service placement, or behavior that differs from your prompt. Generated GUI assets may include inaccurate text, unintended similarities, visual artifacts, or elements that require additional editing.
8. Studio bridge and generated code
You choose whether to connect the bridge and apply a generated project. Applying a project can create or replace GenerateGUI-managed folders and scripts in your Studio file. You should inspect the listed files, preserve backups, and test in a non-production copy before publishing.
You are solely responsible for code execution, game behavior, data loss, purchases, moderation, player safety, platform compliance, and any changes made after import. Never place secret keys, service credentials, or private tokens in client-visible Roblox scripts.
9. Credits and payments
GenerateGUI currently offers one-time credit top-ups, not subscriptions or automatic renewals. Prices, included credits, and applicable limitations are shown before purchase. You authorize the applicable payment method to be charged for the selected one-time purchase and any applicable taxes.
Credits may be subject to expiration, account restrictions, or different costs by feature as disclosed at purchase. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments and consumed credits are non-refundable. We may correct pricing errors or refuse transactions affected by fraud or misuse.
10. Third-party platforms and services
The Service depends on third-party infrastructure and may integrate with Roblox Studio or other external products. GenerateGUI does not control those platforms and is not responsible for their availability, actions, policies, content, or changes. Your use of third-party products is governed by their separate agreements.
GenerateGUI is an independent product. References to Roblox or other platforms describe compatibility and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, ownership, or affiliation.
11. Intellectual property
The Service—including its software, interface, branding, documentation, prompts, design, and underlying technology—is owned by GenerateGUI or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights in the Service are transferred to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative services from protected portions of the Service except as expressly permitted by law or written authorization.
12. Feedback
If you provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant GenerateGUI permission to use them without restriction or compensation, provided this does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing Input or generated projects.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, failed to pay applicable fees, abused the Service, or when suspension is necessary to protect the Service or others.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions concerning ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, dispute terms, and other provisions that should reasonably survive will remain effective.
14. Service changes and availability
We may add, remove, restrict, or change features, models, limits, pricing, integrations, or supported formats. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage, backward compatibility, or preservation of any chat, generation, project, or file.
15. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” GENERATEGUI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SECURITY, AVAILABILITY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
GenerateGUI does not provide legal, financial, security, or professional game-development advice. No output or automated validation replaces independent review, testing, moderation, platform approval, or professional advice.
16. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENERATEGUI AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, CREDITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES; OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM GENERATED CODE, IMPORTS, PUBLICATION, ACCOUNT ACCESS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENERATEGUI’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GENERATEGUI FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR TEN U.S. DOLLARS. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
17. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GenerateGUI and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, and contributors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your Input, published experiences, generated output, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person’s rights.
18. Governing terms and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles and without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Unless another process is required by law, disputes must be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction. Before filing a formal claim, each party agrees to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally.
19. General provisions
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer or by operation of law. These Terms, together with incorporated policies and purchase disclosures, form the entire agreement concerning the Service.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as the Service or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
21. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be submitted through any official support or contact channel published on the GenerateGUI website.
