Privacy Policy
Effective September 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how GenerateGUI collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you access our website, generation tools, chat features, Roblox Studio integration, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
1. Scope
This Policy applies to information processed through the Service. It does not apply to third-party websites, Roblox services, external applications, or platforms that we do not control. Those services operate under their own privacy terms.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Prompts and conversations: descriptions, instructions, revisions, and other text submitted through chat.
- Uploaded content: screenshots, reference images, files, and related metadata you choose to provide.
- Generated content: GUI images, code projects, scripts, project summaries, and generation history created through the Service.
- Support communications: information included when you contact us about feedback, billing, technical problems, or other requests.
- Account and transaction information: account identifiers, credit balances, and purchase records when account or paid features are available. Payment card details may be handled directly by a payment processor rather than stored by GenerateGUI.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Service, we or our service providers may process technical and usage information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, referring page, request timestamps, pages viewed, feature interactions, diagnostic events, crash information, and security logs.
Roblox Studio bridge information
The local Studio bridge may request generated project packages from the Service. These packages can include project names, file names, script classes, target service paths, generated source code, setup notes, job identifiers, and status information. The bridge is designed to import generated projects; it does not automatically publish your Roblox experience.
3. How we use information
We may use information to:
- provide GUI, script, and project-generation features;
- process revisions and maintain conversation or project continuity;
- deliver generated files to the Studio bridge;
- operate accounts, one-time credit purchases, and customer support;
- monitor performance, diagnose errors, and improve reliability;
- detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and prohibited activity;
- enforce our Terms of Service and protect users, GenerateGUI, and others;
- comply with applicable law and respond to valid legal requests; and
- analyze aggregated or de-identified usage trends.
4. Automated generation and service providers
GenerateGUI uses third-party technology, hosting, storage, generation, monitoring, and infrastructure providers to operate the Service. Information necessary to complete a request may be transmitted to and processed by those providers on our behalf. Their processing may occur in locations outside your state, province, or country.
Do not submit passwords, authentication tokens, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, private keys, unpublished confidential information, or other sensitive data in prompts, uploads, generated scripts, or support messages.
5. How we share information
We may disclose information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: vendors that help provide hosting, generation, storage, analytics, security, customer support, or payment processing.
- Legal and safety reasons: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or governmental requests; enforce agreements; investigate abuse; or protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transactions: in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or transfer of all or part of our business.
- At your direction: when you choose to export, publish, share, or transmit generated content to Roblox Studio or another service.
GenerateGUI does not sell personal information for money. We do not disclose prompts or uploaded content to third parties for their independent advertising purposes unless we provide additional notice and any choice required by applicable law.
6. Storage and retention
Retention depends on the type of information and how the Service is configured. Chats may be maintained in memory or persistent storage. Uploaded references, generated images, script packages, logs, and account records may be retained while needed to provide the Service, support project history, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, satisfy legal obligations, or maintain legitimate business records.
When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, de-identify, or aggregate it. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove information from backups, security logs, or records we must retain.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or misuse. No internet service or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for securing your device, account credentials, local bridge URL, Roblox Studio environment, and generated code before use.
8. Your choices and privacy requests
You may stop using the Service, remove uploaded material where controls are provided, delete local generated files, or choose not to connect the Studio bridge. Depending on your location and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection.
Requests may be submitted through a contact method published by GenerateGUI. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. We may retain limited information when required or permitted by law.
9. Cookies and local storage
The Service may use cookies, browser storage, session data, or similar technologies to maintain preferences, support authentication, remember interface state, measure performance, and protect the Service. Browser controls may allow you to block or clear these technologies, but doing so can prevent features from working correctly.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review the request.
11. International use
If you access GenerateGUI from outside the country where our systems or providers operate, your information may be transferred across borders and processed under laws that differ from those in your location.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as the Service, our practices, or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised version and update the effective date. Material changes may receive additional notice when appropriate.
13. Contact
Questions or privacy requests may be submitted through any official support or contact channel published on the GenerateGUI website.
